Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Animated Show ' Taarak Mehta Kka Chhota Chashmah' to air on Sony Yay

SAB TV's famous serial 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' has been ruling the hearts of viewers for the last 12 years. Whether people know the real name of the characters or not, they do recognize them with their serial names. Launched in 2008, this popular Indian sit-com is ruling small screens and reigns the 08:00 PM slot of television in every household.

The background of this comedy show brings the stories revolving around the fictional Co-operative Housing Society named ‘Gokuldham’ and residents living in it. While there are 5-6 families of the society, the primary story revolves around the famous characters of the show named Jethalal and his wife Dayaben.

Seeing the immense popularity of the show around the years, makers of the show have decided to bring an animated version with the same characters and more comedy. The announcement of the animation series was announced on the completion of 2,700 episodes of the show.

The new animated version of the show will be aired on Sony Yay and the first promo is already released on its YouTube channel. The animated show will come in the name of ‘Tarak Mehta ka Chota Chashma’ and all the main characters will appear in the animated version. In the promo, the animated character of Dayaben and Jethalal is seen getting excited as Dayaben does her iconic step with the dialogue, “Aye Hallo”.
